As you will have seen from the media’s coverage of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), the UK is facing a period of uncertainty over the coming weeks and months.
We would like to assure you that we are working with the Pensions Regulator and our Administrators, XPS, and have already implemented measures to ensure that we can continue to provide services to our members. An announcement from XPS can be found at this link advising how you should communicate with them.
DO NOT post any letters or documents to XPS. Any letters or documents should be scanned or photographed, password-protected and sent by email. DO NOT include the password in the email. You will need to call XPS on the usual number to give them the password.
We will continue to monitor the Coronavirus situation and if it should change, we shall adapt accordingly.
